We take great care in handling your items and offer secure storage during the repair process. All items are logged, tracked, and stored in a secure environment to ensure their safety. We also do not offer pick-up/drop-off, to ensure the items in our possessions are not at risk of theft.

Turnaround times vary depending on the complexity of the repair. Simple repairs may take 1-2 weeks, while more complex restorations can take up to 4 weeks. When you submit a request for repair, we will be able to give you a confirmed deadline, and we’ve never missed one yet. We strive to complete all repairs as quickly as possible while maintaining high-quality standards.

We are fully insured throughout the process, from shipping insurance (through shipping providers) and throughout the service.

For insurance reasons, we do not accept drop offs or pick ups from our studio.

We are working on a more formal warranty program, but If you experience any issues with our workmanship, bring the item back and we’ll address the problem at no additional cost.
